In order to positively respond to the globalization of shipping companies and promote cooperation in the field of education between China and ASEAN, SEAMEO TED and Guangxi Transport Vocational and Technical College (GTVTC) jointly conduct a Marine Technology Training Program for students and teachers from SEAMEO member countries. 

This training program is applicable for staff in shipping and freight companies, and people who intend to enter or are interested in this industry. After completing the program, people can gain professional knowledge that will contribute to their careers. Participants who passed the exam will receive an e-certificate issued by SEAMEO TED and GTVTC.
