In the current society, Manufacturing Industry has gradually become the cornerstone of a nation’s economy. Currently, the Manufacturing Industry is becoming more and more intelligent, and human society is gradually stepping into the era of "Industry 4.0". To better develop the economy, many countries designed their own “Industry 4.0” construction plan. For example, China has already proposed the national strategy of "Made in China 2025" in 2015. At the same time, ASEAN Consultative Committee on Standards and Quality (ACCSQ) has also begun to help member countries to search for solutions that can effectively improve the level of Intelligent Manufacturing in Southeast Asia. Thus, China and Southeast Asian countries have common goals in the development of industrialization and have broad space for cooperation.
