General Introduction
This course is a core course for safety-related programs at vocational colleges. It aligns with the macro-level strategic frameworks outlined in the national “14th Five-Year Plan” for fire protection and emergency rescue force development. Through cooperation with universities,
government agencies, enterprises, and rescue teams, the course introduces new methods and standards, integrating vocational requirements, curriculum, competitions, and certifications. It is designed to cultivate highly skilled technical personnel specialized in emergency response.
