General Introduction

“Control and Cure to Diseases and Insect Pests of Tea”is a professional elective course for tea majors, the course involves two sub-disciplines of agricultural entomology and plant pathology. The course content mainly includes the basics of agricultural entomology, tea tree pests, basic knowledge of plant pathology, tea tree diseases, tea tree pest control and integrated prevention and control. It is hoped that through the study of this course,

students can master the basic knowledge of agricultural entomology and plant pathology, learn to recognize and identify the main pests and natural enemies of tea plantations, understand the occurrence of major pests and diseases and habits, and master the principles and methods of integrated prevention and control of various major pests and diseases, and can be applied to the production of better service for the tea industry.
