The rules of China-ASEAN Energy Power Skills Competition are the concrete achievements of China-ASEAN Energy Power Vocational Education Group led by Guangxi Electrical Polytechnic Institute, which carries out international competitions for group member units and reflects the new concept of "promoting learning and teaching through competition" from the perspective of globalization.

The competition rules are policies and regulations formulated by the competition’s organizing committee . Which includes: competition, name, purpose, task, time, place, organizer or undertaker, project, group, participation method, competition method, competition rules, admission ranking and reward, registration and check-in, accommodation arrangement, fire and safety knowledge and escape route diagram, referees and arbitration committees, matters needing attention or those not covered.
