ICT-based learning needs to be carried out in this stage since the quality and equity of education should be held in new way. Considering these situations, there is need to foster not only for students to use new way of learning but also for teachers in aspects of teaching. This can be done by taking the benefit of digital resources.

    The two professors for the training, Dr. Huang Meifa and Dr. Zhang Hongmei, have teaching and research experiences in ICT related fields for 30 years and 20 years respectively.  They will contribute their knowledge as much as possible in this field to provide teachers with ICT skills and competence.
