Dr. Eng. FRITZ AKHMAD NUZIR, ST, MA, IAI, was born in Metro, Lampung, INDONESIA. Fritz completed his formal education by receiving the degree of Doctor of Engineering (Dr. Eng.) in the year 2016. He is also enlisted as one of the lecturers in Universitas Bandar Lampung (UBL) until now.

Fritz is currently affiliated with the Institute for Global Environmental Strategies (IGES) Kitakyushu Urban Centre (KUC) in Japan conducting various researches on low carbon cities, urban waste management, environmental education, green open spaces and buildings, and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
