● Mastering the contents, processes, and requirements of electric meter reading, accounting, and inspection, including line loss calculation and analysis, handling of meter reading anomalies, the content and process of electricity fee accounting, electricity fee calculation for single-rate tariff customers, methods for managing electricity fee adjustments based on power factor, electricity fees for large industrial tariff customers, and the calculation and analysis of average and comprehensive electricity rates.
● Being able to complete the appearance inspection of electric metering devices, roughly determine the errors of these devices, inspect their wiring, manage electricity refunds or surcharges due to device malfunctions, and perform internal inspections of electric meters.
