● Being able to systematically master industry development trends, national policies, platform policies and regulations, basic concepts and theories, business processes, and becoming proficient in platform operations.
● Being able to master the working principles of transformers, induction motors, and synchronous generators, and familiarizing with their structures, understanding their electromagnetic processes, basic equations, and equivalent circuits.
