General Introduction
This course is designed to develop trainees' fundamental application abilities in cross-border e-commerce operations. It primarily covers national policies, regulations and rules of cross-border e-commerce platforms, as well as essential knowledge and basic operations involved in cross-border e-commerce practices. The course aims to cultivate trainees' core skills in areas such as cross-border shop registration,
product selection, preparation of product information and template settings, selection of cross-border logistics and freight calculation, product pricing and listing, order processing and shipment, customer service, and payment collection, thereby meeting the market demand for skilled professionals in cross-border e-commerce roles.

This Course is for
● Helping trainees to systematically master industry development trends, national policies, platform policies and regulations, basic theories, and fundamental business processes, while becoming proficient in platform operations.
● Enabling trainees to conduct product selection research based on platform characteristics and market demand, source and select logistics, calculate shipping costs, list products, complete order processing and shipment, and manage and maintain customer relationships.
