General Introduction
Chinese Tea Art - Healthy Tea Desserts is a technical skill course for various majors and continuing education students to master the technical knowledge and skills requirements of healthy tea dessert production, and understand refreshment culture.
The course integrates the content of the intermediate assessment standard of the Baker's Occupational Skill Certificate, meeting the skill needs of today's technical personnel in the bakery food processing field and highlighting the cultivation of practical skills.
