The Study of Chinese Incense mainly foster students’ professional knowledge, professional skills, professional qualities and professional abilities that are required for being an incense artist. The course content mainly includes the connotations of incense culture, the origin of incense culture, incense utensils, incense techniques, types of incense ceremonies, types of incenses, the making of blended incense and incense derivatives, etc.
This course focuses on helping students master Eastern and Western incense culture, Chinese incense culture, Japanese incense culture, the basic knowledge of ligaloes, six degree differential incense identification method, design experience of incense ceremonies, quality judgment and professional knowledge and basic skills of marketing, as well as becoming able to complete incense art training and event planning independently.
