General Introduction
Chinese Tea Culture (International Edit) is an important bilingual tea culture course for learning Chinese tea art and understanding Chinese tea culture, mainly targeting overseas students, international exchange students, short-term trainees and students of overseas “Silk Road Tea Institute” from Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, etc.
Through learning Chinese tea culture, tea knowledge, knowledge of healthy tea-drinking, tea art utensils, brewing techniques and tea activities, etc., students are able to appreciate tea culture, correctly select to buy and preserve tea, drink tea healthily, distinguish between different tea leaves, choose the right utensils for brewing different kinds of tea and organize tea events, etc. The course will also foster students’ craftsman spirit of constantly perfecting their skills, awareness for cross-culture communication, an attitude of equality, tolerance and openness, active self-efficiency, enthusiasm for learning, fascination for learning and being good at learning.
